Keep the Change! This is a pin the tail on the rhetoric(of sorts). As Palin said we "can keep the change". Economically, that means they will have to pay something. Tact is another matter. (It is not we or you or they or us.) In this regard some follow-up is warranted. We can agree that America is an exceptional place, but it is still a concern about what exceptionalism means.
